Not much new...

I don't really have anything new to blog about, but I really wanted to get one last post in before this baby comes. (Who knows when we'll get around to it after that. Maybe Jeramy will be on it.) Anyway, Jeramy has recently been updating and organizing our family photos on the computer and I thought I'd just post some of my favorites that he's come across. Most of these are older ones, but still fun to look at:

(Notice Jackson's Face)

(Again, Jackson and his faces.)

(Our two little Ninjas.) On a quick side note, this year at Cooper's "Promotion Ceremony" from Kindergarten to 1st grade, they read off each child's future ambitions. When they got to Cooper, his career of choice when he grows up was...A NINJA!

Any picture I have of Sawyer that shows off his eyes and lashes is a favorite of mine!

Nesting

OK, with 3 weeks to go, I've hit the nesting stage. I am starting to get excited about this baby being a girl. (Finally the fear is starting to wear off). But I spent an hour yesterday making a "hooter hider" (a nursing cover blanket--I didn't come up with that name on my own.) You can buy these on line for anywhere from $30-$50. I made 2 for a total of $12. I found an awesome blog that gave really detailed instructions and it took me only 1 1/2 hours to make them. If you want to check out that blog, click HERE.

This is a picture of what hers looks like. I haven't gotten around to taking a picture of the one I made yet. Plus, I have nowhere cute to hang it like this.

And today I have spent a huge chunk of time trying to find a good web site that shows instructions on how to make baby hair bows. I finally found one! This is a really cute site that has lots of fun stuff to make and detailed instructions on all of it. Now, I'm not one for the "satellite bows" (they are called this in our family because they are so dang huge!) But I love the teeny lacy head bands and want my baby to be wearing bows. So, if you are interested, check it out HERE. This is just one of the things it shows you how to make. You can use these and change out the bows that you clip on the top. FUN, FUN!

10 Year Reunion

It's OVER! It finally is finished! After months of working on putting together my 10 year high school reunion, it is finally over. I had a lot of fun doing it, but the last couple weeks of planning and implementing everything was really about to put me over the edge. It was a lot of fun seeing everyone again and catching up. I was also very relieved that there were no less than 20 pregnant people there. The program we planned went well and Ben and Whit (our two MC's) did a great job and were very funny. The prizes we collected were great and I think people were really happy with them. The BBQ food was yummy and the only hitch was that the a/c in the room wasn't working so well and with over 225 people, it got a little hot. (Especially for those of us waddling around!)

Now, since I've been pregnant, I have only taken maybe 5 pictures of myself, because I can't stand to look at them later! But since this was a special occasion, I took a few. They aren't the best, but they work for catching up with friends:
